FIFA World Cup 2018 Venues 

Russia proposed Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Saint Petersburg, Samara, Saransk, Sochi, Volgograd, Yaroslavl, and Yekaterinburg as the venues for FIFA World Cup 2018. So total 11 host cities will have 12 Stadiums. Moscow which is the capital of Russia will have two stadiums while remaining 10 cities will have 1 stadium each. All the stadiums are expected to have a huge seating capacity. Many stadiums are still under construction and are expected to be ready before FIFA WC 2018.

FIFA World Cup 2018 Teams

FIFA World Cup 2018 Teams – Till now only host country Russia have qualified for FIFA World Cup 2018. The 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualification will decide the remaining 31 teams. All the 210 teams were eligible for qualifying for FIFA World Cup 2018. Out of them after months of qualifying rounds, only 31 more teams will make it to the main draw.

  FIFA WC 2018 Team Squads – Each team is first asked to pick their preliminary 30 man squad. From those 30 players, each team should pick 23 players as the final squad before the FIFA deadline ends. From these 23 players, having 3 goalkeepers is a must.

FIFA World Cup 2018 Groups

Total 32 teams will compete for becoming the ultimate champion of the world. But all these teams will be divided into eight groups with four teams in one group each. The groups are named as Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D, Group E, Group F, Group G, Group H. All the four teams in each group will play remaining three teams of their group in a round robin. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the round of 16 from where FIFA World Cup 2018 Knockout rounds would begin.

The FIFA WC 2018 Schedule is yet to announce but FIFA has declared few important dates and venues which will be hosting some important matches. Russia is placed in position A1 in the group stage and is scheduled to play the opening match at the beautiful venue of Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow on 14th June. The same venue will host a second semi-final and final of FIFA World Cup 2018. The stadium of Saint Petersberg will conduct the first semi-final and the third-place match. The FIFA is expected to declare the complete FIFA World Cup 2018 Fixtures on 1st December.
